Simply put, I love producing beautiful, meaningful content. No matter what the subject. I love the process – the build – taking an idea and seeing it through to a finished product. I love collaborating with clients, and turning your messages into visual feasts and breathing life into your ideas.
So. I have over twenty years experience working in the field of communications. I have a degree in film making, and a diploma in television production, and I have worked within marketing companies, television production houses and corporate video production companies. This has seen me work across a really broad range of industries producing content for the marine industry, roads and traffic authorities, charities, the hospitality industry, the travel and leisure industries, the health industry, and for sports such as sailing and cricket.
To say I’m ‘outdoorsy’ could be classed as an understatement. I have been a passionate sailor for most of my life, and have been a commercial skipper and instructor. This came in very handy when I did a stint as a cameraperson on the Clipper Around the World Yacht Race. I’m very at home on the water with a camera. In fact I’m very at home with a camera.
I have also been a wilderness adventure coach, training women to embrace challenges in nature. I really do seek out all things outdoors, and will take any opportunity I can to climb stuff these days if I’m not sailing my boat.
