Sailability “Welcoming Participants”

Sailability is an organisation that assists sailors with disabilities to enjoy the amazing sport of sailing.  This video was produced for Yachting Australia and Sailability as one part of a Volunteer Induction package.  “Welcoming Participants & Effective Communication” is targeted at Sailing Clubs and Sailability Volunteers in an ongoing effort to create an inclusive culture in the sport of sailing.  Paralypian Gold Medalist Liesl Tesch shares her thoughts and experiences on being a new participant in the sport and coming to a yacht club for the first time.
