Ladder is the charity of the AFL. In 2017 they have moved their programs into NSW, most notably with the design and launch of the Ladder Step Up Western Sydney program. Together with the Greater Western Sydney Giants and the Department of Family and Community Services, Step Up aims to tackle the problem of youth homelessness, in particular young people exiting out-of-home care. I was asked to film the launch of the program, and it was a huge honour to do so.
