Boom Bobber

GreenFleet is one step on the Discover Sailing Pathway.  GreenFleet is aimed at young sailors who have progressed from the Discover Sailing Tacker’s program, and now want to try their hand at racing.  GreenFleet instructors use an number of techniques and drills to teach specific racing skills. “Boom Bobber” is one such drill – a game based on fun, with the intention of developing the skill of sailing fast downwind.  This is one video in a series of GreenFleet instructor resources.
